The hotel staff provided an really good walking tour near the premises. They helped arrange a separate tour and offered recommendations. Staff members consistently inquired about my experiences each day. The hotel's location offered convenient access to various attractions.
The room had very sharp corners. I bumped my legs on them a few times.

The location proved convenient. I found the staff consistently helpful and friendly. Breakfast included many choices.. I especially appreciated the delicious fresh food. I also found the room very clean. The decor made it beautiful.
The bedroom was small. It made moving around a bit challenging.

tiny room inconvenient charger
the room was tiny i couldn't move my suitcase without tripping the lighting was terrible the bathroom had no shelves i couldn't even put my toiletries anywhere no bedside tables either the phone charger was on the floor what a mess it made things so inconvenient and annoying

Really good Downtown Experience
fabulous location helpful staff luxurious room comfortable bed
The location is amazing in the heart of a vibrant area full of shops. The staff were really nice too assist with every request. Rooms are genuinely luxurious and the décor stands out. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is stylish..
The room was very small with sharp corners when you walk in. My legs were cut and bleeding, unfortunately. It was something I did not expect.

lovely stay!
very nice location varied breakfast clean rooms welcome service
the location was very nice, right in the heart of everything. the breakfast offered many choices and tasted very fresh. the staff helped me with directions, and i really appreciated that they kept the rooms very clean! i felt welcome and cared for .
the room was a bit smaller than i expected from the pictures. but it wasn't a major issue.

amazing stay at a stylish gem
premium bedding helpful staff room upgrade city view
the hotel was super clean! my room was upgraded to a beautiful double room city view. the city view was great. the bed had premium bedding and i slept really well. the staff were helpful with local suggestions and directions (they were always smiling).
the room lighting was a bit dim, making it slightly difficult to read in the evenings, although i did appreciate the ambiance.
